We are looking for a mature, responsible lodger/housesitter to rent a nice, recently decorated, very clean and tidy front double bedroom in cosy Victorian terrace house. New mattress and bedding. Shared downstairs bathroom, lounge with open fire, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, including all pots and pans, utensils etc. Fridge-freezer for exclusive use of tenant. Small back yard. Couples considered at a charge of £450pcm.
We are a mature (long time married) couple and often away from home, either for work, or just travelling, so we are looking for a mature (in attitude) responsible single tenant who will respect our property as we do. Small well behaved pets considered.
The house is within walking distance of the city centre, the cathedral is in sight from our front gate. On street permit parking is available. Secure cycle storage can be provided.
All bills are included subject to reasonable usage- we have Virgin Media cable TV, fast broadband, free landline calls at certain times of the day, a recent combi boiler and powerful shower with immediate hot water.
Available from mid-March.
