City centre Old Hospital 2 rooms available

Hey, we are looking for a 2 new housemate to come join us in a beautiful clean modern house, 2-3 mins walk from City Centre. Nicole and I are very easy going and love having fun, nights out, BBQ's, meals out, gym, running and anything exciting we can find to do. The house is amazing and we are looking for someone new to join us due to our current housemates moving locations . I'm not in a rush to fill the room as would rather wait until I find the right person.

One room is larger £480 and the smaller £450 p/m

We're looking for someone who is easygoing, fun, sociable and up for a laugh, must be clean/tidy and be prepared to share the house work. Equally, we appreciate that people like their own space and will respect that. The room comes with a chest of drawers, double bed, double built in wardrobes, bedside tables and mattress all you need is your self, however no problem if you have your own bed etc then I can move everything into the garage.

Nicole and I are a couple and have the top floor so will be out the way as both rooms available are on the second floor.
