A spacious double room for rent in the Tuckswood area. There is a small garden with a driveway for one car. The driveway can accommodate a second car with skillful parking. There is limited free on street parking.

The room is furnished with double bed, built in wardrobe, and tall pine chest of drawers and desk with a chair. The room is also lockable. There is a small bathroom and separate loo.

I am a live in landlord and share my home with my son part-time.

There is access to living room and a kitchen with a small table which leads onto the garden.

There is use of Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer.

There are plenty of shops in the local area such as Asda, Tesco, Co-op, post office and a small local library. Sainsbury’s, Queens Road, is a 30min walk or 6 minute drive, Tesco 15 minute walk or 5 minutes drive walk a chemist and a Chinese.
UEA Bus 37 into city & bus 25A from city 30, cycling is popular and this would take about 20mins to UEA.

Easy access to the A140, A47

Wi-Fi and Council Tax, water included. A you pay share of electricity and gas bills. happy to discuss this and fix an amount if easier.
