Hello, we have a Room available in our house share, it is only a 5 minutes walk from the train station. Central location. Local pub (the Jubilee) is on the same street, which is a quiet and friendly pub with a great beer garden. Chinese takeaway and fish and chips is less than a minute away! On street parking is available but permit is required.

The room is let through an agent and the agency fee is approx £70

Current housemates are a 33 yr old male, and a 35 yr old male. We're ideally looking for a professional around the same age.

The property is over three floors. It has an open plan living room with dining table, cable TV, kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower. The middle floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, and the top floor is an attic conversion. One of the bedrooms on the first floor is the one becoming available, but all are spacious double rooms.

There is a small enclosed courtyard garden at the back of the property with a washing line.

The rent is currently £270 per month, excluding bills. Bills are currently £100 a month which includes Internet, phone and TV, council tax and other utility bills, however this could change.

The room is available now. There's a damage deposit of £300 that the agency will require, and there is a minimum tenancy of 6 months.
