I have a double bedroom available in my spacious light apartment.

I am looking for a clean and tidy flat mate who can give me some Netflix series recommendations and share some cool stories with me when it's dark and grey outside!

The bedroom is fully furnished with double bed and memory foam mattress. There is a wardrobe, a tall set of drawers and desk.

There are lots of windows which make it lovely and bright, especially as the sun comes through the living area.

The apartment is on the 1st floor. There are 2 bedrooms (one of which I occupy), a large open plan living/dining room (with L shape sofa bed for guests), kitchen l, bathroom, balcony (sun facing), and outdoor private shed/small garage for bike storage.

I have some kitchen utensils but as I am a Vegetarian I would appreciate if you brought some of your own too. I do have spare bowls, plates and mugs and plenty of glasses you can use.

1 x bathroom with toilet, bath and electric shower.

The carpark is permit holders only, for which I can provide you with a free permit for .

Across the road is a small green/meadow and river, with access to river walks.

The city centre is a 20 minute walk, and Earlham road is about 15 minutes which also has some food options.

Less than 10 min drive to UEA and the hospital. There are also a number of bus routes that go that way. The closest bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk to Dereham road.

5-10 minute walk to supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Tesco Express)

I have small Labradoodle who lives mostly at my parents but I have her when I am not too busy - so it is pretty essential you tolerate dogs!

Deposit required 4 weeks before move-in day which will be returned providing everything has been looked after in the property and there is not an excessive miss-use of water/gas/electricity. I will aim to do this same day but will be within 3 business-days.
