I have a good-sized double room available in our victorian terrace on Sprowston Road. It is bright, spacious and comes fully furnished (bed/chest of drawers/wardrobe/bedside table - but I can get rid of stuff if required).

The house is in good condition and well-maintained. It also has a great garden (south west facing) that overlooks the allotments to the rear and two shared lounges which provide further space for chilling/working/entertaining etc.

The surrounding area has most things you might need such as:

Free Parking - on the road
Bus stop with regular buses into the city - less than two minutes away
Aldi - 4 mins
Co-op - 4 mins
Mousehold Heath - 2 mins
The Whalebone pub - 7 mins
The Brewery Tap - 8 mins
