Sea mist is a three story , six bedroom Victorian house ...we have just two lodgers exclusively occupying the first floor . A compact double bedroom 12x10 approx....with integral shower. ..Your own toilet is next door in a utility rm with sink and w/m. Furnished ..good bed , robe ,side table, chest drawers table chair.. .. tv with dvd and fast broadband. Next door the other side of the bedroom is the upstairs living room shared with the one other male lodger . This has two small work stations ... one for each of you and then a fully equipped kitchenette area tall fridge freezer oven microwave etc.. electric recliner chairs sky tv dvd etc.. pictures describe it better.

The whole first floor is shared by you and one other each with own Bedroom and facilities with shared sitting room ....it is a warm house.

Both Trains and buses are 2 mins away to all areas including Norwich and local. The High street 2 mins away numerous pubs ..cafes ..little theatre with film nights.. and the sea front 8 minutes walk.

Front garden can be used at any time .

Room for a bicycle front garden lock hasp or free parking on our side street .

We are an adult family
Smoking is fine outside other can be discussed.

Would suit an independent professional chap looking for their own space .but in a friendly calm atmosphere.

Working from home is £7 extra a week .

Everything is included re bills.. linen ..towels ..loo rolls etc. provided . Regular cleaner .
