Lovely self contained Cartlodge in the grounds of The Manor House in Tacolneston south of Norwich. Set back from the road, the property has ample parking, access to beautiful gardens, the orchard and it’s own sunny patio.

There is a kitchen and shower room downstairs with heated towel rail, double hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and pots and pans, cooking utensils, crockery etc and a large open plan living and bedroom area upstairs with a king size bed, sofa, dining table and chairs, bookcases, radio, tv (with Freeview and Netflix) and WiFi access.

The property is within ten minutes drive of Lotus Cars, Hethel Engineering, Norwich Park and Ride, A11 and A140 and Wymondham and Attleborough train stations (with regular train links to Cambridge) And within twenty minutes of the UEA, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, Norwich city centre, and Diss (with good train links to London).

There are two pubs and a Chinese takeaway within walking distance of the Cartlodge (and some award winning food pubs just a short drive away). A post office and a well equipped convenience store are just in the next village.

The cartlodge was constructed in 2011 but has been designed to remain in keeping with The Manor House, which dates back to 1590! The property is very peaceful, surrounded by fields and woodland, perfect for taking time out and walking, or you can just relax in the orchard surrounded by wildlife and established trees and flowers.

The Cartlodge is available for rent from Monday to Friday. The rent includes bills and a weekly cleaner, bedlinen and towels can be washed for an additional charge of £7 a week on request.

The property is very private, no rooms etc are shared, we live in the Manor House nearby and can be contacted if you ever need us, otherwise we leave you to get on undisturbed.
