I'm looking for a professional, responsible, respectful, clean and tidy person who is flexible, trustworthy, easy going and fairly quiet. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, tv, chair etc and you would also have use of the kitchen, dining room, lounge and garden. The bathroom is downstairs and you would have sole use of the toilet and sink however the shower will be shared. There is off road parking and I have 1. 5 acres of land. It is quite quiet here with no amenities like a nearby pub or shop in walking distance. You would need a car. I am about 0. 5 minutes from the river Ouse in a beautiful setting. I have 2 cats. This would suit someone working away from home who requires accommodation during the working week, or who works nearby. Please feel free to contact me for further information. I am also open to someone who would be willing to help me around the house and garden with maintenance for part exchange of room rent.
