We are looking for a trustworthy and responsible tenant to share this spacious and bright first floor flat which is located within minutes by foot from the town centre. The room for rent is a spacious double bedroom furnished with a double bed with under bed storage, bedside table, large wardrobe and large computer desk. There is storage heating in the room. The kitchen is bright and spacious with table and seating for two. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary electric appliances such as electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The bathroom was completely refurbished in august 2019 and includes a full sized bath with overhead shower, toilet, basin and large storage space. There is an electric towel rail. The rental price includes a private parking space however this is shared with the other tenant. There is additional free public parking just outside the property. The famous castle hill area can be seen from the windows.
The current tenant works as a full time electrician during daytime hours. He is very friendly , kind and quiet and easy to get on with.
I do not take a deposit however the first rental payment of £450 has to be made on the first day of the tenancy. I also require references from your employer and previous landlord as well as payslips for the past 3 months and ID (passport, driving licence) .
