The house has been redecorated and an extra bathroom built. Looking for professional, non smoker, lodgers. There are three rooms available in a four bedroom house. The rooms are fully furnished.
I keep the main areas clean.
Mobile heaters are not permitted due to insurance.
The stairs are carpet so shoes have to stay downstairs.
Eating should be in the kitchen or carry a tray and don't leave the dishes in the room.
I am a live in landlady but work away from home, so the lodgers have to be responsible and respectful with other lodgers.
