I have a room to rent at my house at Crecy Mews on the Cloverfields Estate in Thetford near Tesco. It's a well presented three-storey town house with four bedrooms, one of which is used as a home-office.
The bedroom available to rent from around the 1st December 2023 and is on the ground floor and has use of the downstairs toilet and shower. The bedroom opens up directly onto the rear garden.
The middle level of the property consists of the kitchen / dining room, the sitting room and a utility room.
The room to rent is a very good size and comes with the double bed, wardrobe and desk. There is also a television and Sky multi-room built in as well as broadband.
The house is kept in very good condition. You will be expected to keep your own room and shower room clean and tidy and to tidy up after yourself when you use other areas, e. g. kitchen and utility room.
About Us: I live at the property with my partner - Matt. I run my own business, either from home or from an office elsewhere in Thetford, so can be in and out fairly often. Matt works full time and occasionally works from home too.
The room will not necessarily be let to the first person that is interested. It's more important for us that we have someone that we think we will get on well with. With this in mind, if you are interested, please message explaining a bit about yourself.

We don't mind about the age of the person moving in.
I'm not prepared to rent to a couple (house feels too crowded), but happy for lodger to have a girlfriend / boyfriend / partner stay over occasionally (e. g. a few times a week).
Other amenities:
We have Sky television and broadband at the house. There is a spare fridge for the lodger which is in the utility room and own space in the freezer. There's a rear garden which can be used.
One driveway space at the front of the property which is where I park. On street parking is available and you're normally able to park opposite or near to the house.
Other info: No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. Smoking permitted in the garden however. A deposit of one months rent is required up front in addition to the first months rent. Ideally looking to rent to somebody that will be here for a period of time rather than just a few months.
