About the house.....a fantastic semi-detached grade II listed property on an exclusive Development in Thorpe St Andrew (NR7)

It is 2 minutes walk from Broadland Business Park and only 1 minute away Bannantynes Health centre & spa and close to many riverside Restaurants and Pubs.

The house has a entrance hall, cloakroom living/dining room, very large kitchen/breakfast room, utility/boot room, large gardens with patio and bbq area, private parking (1 space per person). Upstairs landing, all bedrooms are of a good size and benefit from high ceilings and sash windows.

All bedrooms are off the landing, fully finished with a minimum of a bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

There are two bathrooms, off the main landing. Bathroom to be shared 2 persons. Bathroom 2 to be shared 3 persons.

The house would suite a working professional ideally aged between 23-33 to share a great house.
You must clean tidy and respectful of the house and the other occupants, the house is on a high end private estate and must respect your neighbors.

* All bills are included and are on a fair use policy. Heating is not on during the daytime so may not suit work from home.
** We have the house professionally cleaned every week at a cost of £10 per week per person to keep a clean and tidy house.
