I have a clean and tidy double room with private bathroom available for rent in my house. Ideally I am looking for Monday to Friday rental, although I am happy to consider weekend rentals too. .
The room has a double bed, bedside table, built in double wardrobe and mirror available. I will also happily provide the bedding and towels if you would like. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and would be for your sole use as I have my own shower room. Shared living room, kitchen/diner and garden etc. Washing machine also available, plus fortnightly cleaner.
Bills included, broadband etc. Close to amenities, on a bus route with easy access to the A47.
There is off road parking and a garage for storage if required for a bike or smaller items.
I am looking for someone clean/tidy, trustworthy and friendly, who only requires a room whilst they are working Monday to Friday.
