I'm a teacher and a single mum. I live in a lovely house with my daughter.
I have 2 rooms available (a double room £400 and a large single room £350 bills included) for a Mon- Fri let.
There's a nice kitchen/diner and a bathroom upstairs. I have my own ensuite so the upstairs bathroom is rarely used by me or my daughter so it would be like almost having your own bathroom between the 2 rented rooms. The house feels spacious and warm.
Non smokers are a must and I would prefer professionals but willing to rent to students. The most important thing for me is that you will keep this home safe, calm and that we respect each others space and privacy.
The rooms have all the essential furniture - bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers.
