We have a very private room to rent in our quiet, friendly house in Beverley. It’s a large, comfortable, 4 bedroomed detached house, situated in a quiet residential area, less than 10 minutes’ walk from Beverley town centre.

The house is spacious (so plenty of room for everyone) and has a large kitchen with dishwasher and all crockery, cutlery, pans etc. and dining area, large lounge, conservatory, utility room with washing machine and a downstairs toilet. The main bathroom is upstairs and is only shared by 2 people. There is broadband Wi-Fi.

The double bedroom overlooks the garden and catches the sun in the morning and afternoon. It has a double bed, built in wardrobe and cupboards and has its own day room with sofa-bed, desk, chair, drawers and a television socket. The rent for the room is £420 pcm with all bills included.

Outside there’s a south facing garden with a fish pond and patio. There is plenty of on street parking outside.

The room is only suitable for a non-smoker.
