10 minute walk to Flemingate and the train station. The town centre is a further 5 minutes walk away. Easy access out of Beverley via road and rail.

Bedroom furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables and double bed. You will have the bathroom to yourself as well.

The property includes a shared kitchen and living/dining room. There is a gas hob, electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The property has gas central heating.

Friendly, sociable housemate who is clean and tidy. I work full time split between the office and home . Interests including running/working out, socialising, baking/cooking and going to the cinema.

Would prefer a female lodger who is clean, sociable and easy going with similar interests and dog friendly as I own a dog.
