Located just a mile away from the historical market town of Beverley this is a 6 bedroom stunning executive house in a lovely quiet rural area.

No through traffic and plenty of open countryside on the doorstep. Perfect for busy professionals to get away from the city and unwind, yet only a short drive or cycle to Beverley and a 20/30 min drive to Hull and 40 to York. Beverley train station is under 2 miles away too.

A friend of the owners (working professional) stays here full time in a separate part of the house with their own bathroom. Owners spend majority of their time overseas.

Owners - 1 male & 1 female.

The house has ample space, a living dining area plus a quiet snug room and plenty of parking. A large kitchen with all mod cons and a lovely private garden. Use of facilities including washer machine is accepted.

We also have 2 very domesticated cats here for now that our friend looks after, these will be joining the owners overseas soon though.

We have 1 double room to rent, this has a double bed and a set of drawers. This rooms shares the main family bathroom with just each other and no one else.

This is a very modern bathroom, all brand new and includes a walk in shower.

Rooms are available to professional working people only who can provide references.

Home working is not really ideal for us.

Gas / electric/ water / WiFi all included but we ask you to respect the usage of this.
