4 bedroomed detached house in a very quiet cul de sac in Molescroft, Beverley. The house has very nice front/rear gardens with off street parking for 3 cars.

Spacious lounge including 65inch TV, with catch up, Netflix, etc. Large kitchen diner (very socialable area) with patio doors into the rear garden which is fully decked out for housemates to enjoy the summer months.

Bedroom consists of a 4ft bed and a bedside cabinet. There is a small wardrobe in the bedroom. The bedroom has a ceiling arm to allow a TV to be put in the room.

Access to WIFI/Broadband.

The house is about a 10 minute walk into the town centre and bus station, maybe a 15 minute walk to the railway station.

I am a live in landlady and rent two of my rooms. The current housemate is moving out due to change in his persona situation. My other house mate has been with me well over two years. The household is extremely easy going, sociable and friendly. I am looking for a professional person who will respect my home and take responsibility for a little tidying/cleaning when necessary.

I do insist on non smokers, I appreciate you may smoke outside but its just not for me so please do not apply. I am happy for vapers!

If you are interested, I am flexible and my preferences are not set in stone, its just really a guide so if you have any questions please drop me a message. The rent including bills (which have recently doubled) is very reasonable with all the amenities and parking - I won’t accept any less so please don’t ask.

It will only be let to someone who actually goes out to work, I do not want home or shift workers as it doesn’t suit this household.

The room is not big enough for couples.
