Double Furnished Room within a shared household. The house is of the Victorian Period but decorated and furnished in a modern style.

Rooms on offer are equipped with the your basic needs. Double Bed, Bedside Table and Lamp. Wardrobe and Chest of Drawers. Bedding is provided if required. The rooms have recently been decorated. Each is fitted with a temperature controlled radiator. There is a TV Point connected to a Free View aerial, however you will need your own TV and Free View source.

There is a WC situated on the top floor and a shared bathroom on the floor below with bath/shower. All lodgers have use of the dining room and kitchen facilities. Fridge and cupboard space are also provided. There is a utility room and you will have shared use of the washing machine.

You will also have use of the garden where there are 2 washing lines. You will also have use of garden furniture, brick built BBQ with smoker and an outdoor Pizza oven.
Sorry but there is no outside storage space.

As well as all utility bills and broadband included in the cost of your weekly rent is the cost of all household cleaning products and basic toiletries ie handwash, toilet roll. Plus a cleaner comes in once a week.

£95 per week with a deposit equal to the weekly rate
