Hi, we've been successfully sharing for around 9 years now. There's myself (office manager) my husband (chef) and our son, age 9, who live in our home permanently. We have a large home with 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are rooms that we let out so we have either 1 or 2 lodgers with us at a time. We have one large room available at the moment. Our other lodger is a pleasant, working man, quiet and easy to get along with. He is long term and has been with us for almost 5 years, so it’s a nice settled environment.

Our home is in a great location in Bridlington, many useful things in easy walking distance and we are a friendly, sociable family. The house itself is completed to a high standard, nicely decorated, warm, clean, tidy and with some nice extras like double size walk in electronic shower and unlimited fibre broadband.

You have full use of kitchen, dining room, utility room, bathroom and all appliances / equipment-pots, pans, washer, dryer, iron etc and your own storage areas in kitchen cupboards, fridge and freezer, also your own space in laundry room and bathroom.
We have 2 bathrooms, yours has a bath and double, electronic walk in shower.

Myself, husband and son are away from home at times throughout the year, so during these periods, there is a lot of house available :). We’d really like to meet someone responsible who would be happy to keep an eye on the house at these times.

We are fully insured, have fire blanket, extinguisher, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a yearly gas safety check. All electrical equipment and boiler are insured so if there is ever a problem, we have ensured the fastest possible fix. We are committed to the safety and well-being of everyone in our home. When we are away, we have a cleaner come in to make sure everything is kept in great condition.

All bills including wireless unlimited broadband are included. There is a comfortable double bed, 2 x double wardrobes, desk and 2 sets of drawers in your room and also 42” tv, DVD player and a couple of lamps. Can't fit more photos on the site but very happy to send you some more of your room, please just ask.

We are looking for a clean, genuine and tidy person who is nice to get along with, can appreciate and respect the home and be considerate to other members of the household-as we will be to you. We’d like it if you were looking to stay for a decent period of time.
