The house is a new mid-terraced property built in 2019 and benefits from new decoration and furnishings throughout.

The guest room is a double room, housing a double bed with king size quilt, 32” Smart TV with Freesat, kettle to make hot drinks. Free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, clothes hangers, drawers, and waist-height shelf for easy storage/access to luggage.

You are welcome to use the kitchen to cook and to wash clothes if you're staying a few days. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself.

Whether your stay is short-term, long-term, personal, travel or business, you will be made to feel at home.

Rent includes all domestic utilities, but not council tax (unless staying less than 6 months).

Excellent transport links- Close to A63/M62. Bus and train nearby...
Access Hull, its history, culture and shopping facilities, whilst equally being a stone’s throw away from the stunning East Yorkshire Wolds. The great Yorkshire coast is also close by.
