Good sized double room recently redecorated with brand new carpet and new furniture.
Available to a lovely housemate who is looking for a nice quiet and relaxing home.
The house is a real cutie-pa-tootie. Located right in the middle of town, just a few minutes walk from the supermarket and main shops - yet off-set down a quiet street so you have both the convenience of the town's shops, yet the serenity and quiet also. The train station is very close by, just 2 minutes walk, as well as buses at the top of the street.
Leisure facilities are also close - there is a huge gym just a few minutes walk from the house which i currently use, it is also very cheap.
There is a large lounge which is a little oasis of tranquility with plants, books and a water feature. A large kitchen in which you will have your own fridge to use. There is also a varied assortment of cooking and baking utensils and cooking books, as well as a bread making machine if you like baking your own bread.
The bathroom has both a shower and a bath to use.

My name is Brent, I'm easy going and enjoy a layed-back atmosphere in the house. I'm very clean and considerate and enjoy cooking and the gym and swimming. I spend much of my time swimming or hiking in the locality.

Rent is £85 a week, cheaper than most with no deposit to pay. Working people or students only.
