We do have three small friendly dogs who are not allowed upstairs. Safe parking on the road of the cul de sac outside. Room has double bed, wardrobes and TV. Broadband and all bills included. Very quiet area but 15 minutes from Drax, 10 minutes from Howden. M62 junction 36 or 37 around 8 minutes. Village has pubs and a shop/post office. Ideal for a lodger wanting a homely environment.
