Viewings welcome but if you can’t make it, we’re happy to do FaceTime, WhatsApp video calls and take you on a tour of the property.

No estate agents involved, direct contact with the landlord, we use a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement for our contract (AST) which is an industry standard and only ask for 1 weeks notice when you choose to leave the property.

The property is a fully licensed HMO detached house in Howden which is less than 5 minutes by car to the M62.

Door to door travel times.... 15 minutes into Selby, the centre of Leeds in 35 minutes, centre of York in 30 minutes, centre of Harrogate in 50 minutes, centre of Hull in 25 minutes, centre of Sheffield in 40 minutes, and the centre of Scunthorpe in 25 minutes.

The centre of Howden is a 15 minute walk and a main line bus stop is less than 10 minute walk from the property which provides access to all major routes. The train station is only 20 minutes on foot too.
