The property comprises of 7 double rooms all equipped with a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side cabinets, wardrobe, TV Aerial ports & full ensuites in 6 of the rooms. The 7th room has access to 2 more W/C situated on the ground and 1st floor.

Plenty of desk space is available while still being very spacious.

Kitchen:
The kitchen has been designed specifically with the tenants in mind with ample amounts of work space and more. Consisting of 2 ovens, 2 extractors, 2 built in microwaves, double induction hob & double fridge freezer. All cooking utensils will be provided. 2 x washing machines and 1 x dryer will be provided.

W/C's:
There are 2 extra w/c situated on the ground floor and one more on the 1st floor which is conveniently equipped with a bath for the Tenants in need of a relaxing time-out.

Couples:
We do accept couples but a 20% surcharge will apply.

The Tenant:
The Tenant must be a respectable individual & take care of the property. Be clean and tidy. The tenant must be in employment and ensure the rent is paid in full on a monthly basis.

The Tenant will be asked for:
A reference from employer, and/or a Clear Score report where necessary.

The Landlord:
In return the Landlord will provide all of the above, in addition to "All inclusive bills" such as Gas, Electric, Water, High Speed Internet.
