Double room near beautiful East Park

Hi Everyone,
Currently I have a double room available in a 3 bed house with 2 bathrooms (the other bedroom is my office so you would just be sharing with me), a cute yard and a VERY lazy but gorgeous boy cat called Daniel.

The house is a good size so we wouldn’t be tripping over each other and it’s literally 30 seconds away from a huge gorgeous park. Google East Park, it’s glorious! It’s a safe and peaceful street with loads of near by amenities. There is a leisure centre 2 minutes walk up the road, tons of hairdressers and a big Morrison’s a 5 minute walk away. .


I love to laugh and hang out but enjoy my own space too. As this is my home I will be picky when it comes to letting the room out. I don’t have parties and I’m in bed by 11.00 most nights, so if you’re a bit of a party animal and come in late it’s not the place for you 😂. As I don’t eat meat I wouldn’t be comfortable sharing with someone who did and I try to be as eco friendly as I can. It’s a must that I feel we click and would get on.
