The Property
Living Area: Large sofas, 50″+ TV, Sky Box (Full Movies + Sports), Fully equipped kitchen (Oven, microwave, pots & pans, cutlery etc).
Utility Area: Laundry facilites (2 Washing Machines, 1 Dryer)
Downstairs Bathroom
Bedroom: Generally all bedrooms have the largest possible bed (At least a double, most likely a king size), wardrobe, drawers, desk (Maybe available upon request).
Ensuite: Private Shower and washbasin. Shared toilet.

Generally housemates are 20-35 graduates, post-graduates or in a professional role. Common professions range from Doctors, Nurses, Engineers, Technicians, Physiotherapists, Retail, Researchers etc. Charles can let you know a bit more info about the current tenants when you view the property.
Location

The Avenues (HU5) is the one of the most desirable places to live in Hull due to the tranquil tree lined avenues. The 4 “Avenues” are called: Marlborough Avenue, Westbourne Avenue, Park Avenue, Victoria Avenue. There are all parallel to one another and are between Princes Avenue and Chanterlands Avenue.

Why is it so popular for Young Professionals? Princes Avenue is popular because of the trendy bars, cafes, restaurants; you will struggle to find an evening when it is quiet. Newland Avenue is 5 minutes up the road however this is more the ‘student area’ but still has some great bars and restaurants. Pearson Park is very close, where you can go and relax. Generally, we find that our houses are fairly sociable and often the whole house will do things together such as pub quizzes after work or on the weekends.

Buses run to the city centre every 10 minutes. Reckitt Benckiser is 20 min by bus or 10 min in a car.

No Deposit
We don’t take a deposit, instead we do the necessary referencing checks to make sure you will be a suitable tenant. Rent is paid on the 1st of each month.

Every bill is included (council tax, water, electric, TV licence, gas, Wi-FI etc). Full sky ultimate package (sports + movies) included in the lounge.

Extras
24/7 Maintenance team to fix any issues.
Monica, the weekly cleaner will visit once a week and clean all the communal areas.
