Eggborough, Whitley, Kellington, Beal, Knottingley, Snaith, Selby, Castleford, Pontefract - all within 15 minutes. York, Leeds and Doncaster also within a 30 minute commute. Hi, now you know roughly where I am, and if I'm where you're looking to live, let me now tell you about the house itself. The house is a 4 bedroomed detached house built 4 years ago with gardens to the front and rear including a patio and somewhere nice to have a glass of wine all year round. It is situated in a lovely quiet village with a couple of shops, a pub, a chippy, a cafe, takeaway, butchers, hairdressers, and a sandwich shop too. It also has a village railway station and regular bus routes. It is near a canal and countryside walks. The house sits on a private road with a double drive and off street parking and everything I've mentioned is within walking distance. Downstairs there is a large living room with two 3 seater settees and a 55" 4k curved tv which is great if like me you like watching sport and movies. Don't worry though there is also a second living room with a 3 seater sofa and a 49" tv where you can watch something else. SKY Q is included with sky cinema, sky sports, Netflix, Amazon Prime as well as DVD players in several rooms too. There is an open plan kitchen and dining area with a large dining table which comfortably sits six to eight people and the kitchen includes fridge, freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and a coffee machine just in case you're more latte mochiato than pinot grigio, (I like them both). There's a downstairs loo and the utility room includes a 7kg zanussi washing machine and a seperate tumble drier. There is access to the garage from the utility room which although mainly used for storage does also contain a small gym with a cross trainer, exercise bike, multigym, bench, weights and mats which you are welcome to use. I have plenty of plates, utensils, cups etc. so you don't need to worry about any of that either. Currently there are two double bedrooms available both with wardrobes and two bedside cabinets. Each has a tv and dvd player and the larger of the two also has a sky box linked to the SKY Q. Outside of your bedroom door is the master bathroom which consists of a full size bath, separate shower cubicle, sink and toilet which I do not use as my bedroom is ensuite. If both rooms are let you would share this bathroom however if you were looking for ensuite and wanted sole use of the bathroom I am open to negotiations whereby for a supplement I would agree sole use of the bathroom. I have two beautiful pedigree indoor cats who do not have access to any of the living areas, kitchen or bedrooms and a new kitten too. Couples may be considered but would also incur an additional charge. I am looking for people who are clean and tidy and will respect my home but still have fun in a relaxed stress free environment.
