This is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, in a detached country home with a large garden. There would be access to the kitchen, utility, snug & garden. There is off street parking. The rent would include electric, oil, water, tv licence bills & would be monthly & payable in advance. I would also require a character & financial reference please + a security deposit.

As a Lodger in my home I like someone tidy & respectful of my space & possessions. They would be expected to clean their own bedroom & bathroom. I am a retired lady, but young at heart, fairly tolerant & easy to get along with.

Lockington is conveniently situated being 10 min drive from Beverley & Driffield, 30min from Hull & 40mins from York. Beverley railway station is on the Scarborough/Bridlington line. Trains run frequently to Hull, which is a 20 min journey from Beverley. It is also only a 20 mins drive to the M62.

Lockington is a pretty, rural village, ideaĝlly placed for walking, running, cycling, birdwatching. It has the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds on its doorstep, as well as the lovely East Coast & North York Moors.
