Furnished room to let in South Cave

Double Sized Room..

Double sized room to let, available now.. The room is furnished with a wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers, storage box and smart tv. The bedroom is located downstairs where there is also a bathroom. I sleep upstairs with my 5 year old son (We use the ensuite bathroom upstairs). We have two cats and four chickens but we're all friendly. I work three days a week and there is free parking on the road outside or possibly on the drive depending on working hours etc.. I am looking for a professional working person aged between 25-65. I will only consider people who don't want a full week and have another primary home address and are only in need of a room during week days to reduce their commute, I don't mind if there are shift changes as long as I get a couple of days a week in privacy (doesn't have to be weekends)

I have a shared living room and dining kitchen (which has recently been decorated), the bedroom to let is approx 9ft x 12.5ft and has a smart TV, kind size bed at present (not the single shown in the photograph, I shall update that photograph soon), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

South Cave has good connecting roads for commuting and the house is a dormer bungalow with a post office, corner shop and pub close by.

* I can't always get to my phone so emailing or texting would be preferable in the first instance..😉
