Short Term Room Available On Working Farm Til Xmas

**2nd Room available until 20 December only, short term let**
This is a double room available in our farm house on our working farm. We're a livestock farm with tourism running alongside. We're busy people but we're often breaking for tea and cake & welcome housemates and farm workers to join. This would suit someone who is working in the day time, either flexible working or mostly working at place of work. The farm is muddy in autumn and winter, but is in a beautiful location with views as far as 70 miles and amazing sunsets. There are 2 bathrooms in the farmhouse , with parking available and a place to store bikes or a canoe if you have one.
I (Alice -36 years old) am running the farm business and my live in father (76) is a partner on the farm. However he is away a lot as is a semi retired baby boomer. I'm looking for someone who is adaptable to living on a working farm, is quiet within the house but is also sociable enough to have a brew with us. The right tenant is welcome to have friends over for a bbq in our garden/courtyard but no over night stays for friends/partners. This is a great spot but needs to fit the right person who loves the countryside and rural life.
