Double Room / house share, Birstwith

My housemate has just moved back up north so I'm now looking for someone else to share with for the next few months.

It's a rented 2 bedroom bungalow in Birswith, quiet village with easy access to Harrogate, Ripon and Knaresborough. There is a front and back garden with patio, off street parking is available but plenty of parking on the road as well. Good size living room and big kitchen. The bedroom overlooks the back garden, is furnished with a double bed with storage underneath and has the usual Ikea cupboards and drawers (does need a bit of colour in it mind you).

As for me I'm a professional (architect) working in Harrogate, social, friendly, pretty laid back and relaxed and have plenty of experience living with housemates. I run regularly & and do quite a bit of walking on weekends. I'm a scout leader and am keen on the outdoors, I'm generally quite busy and work hours can be long but will occasionally spend a Sunday on the sofa with cups of tea, vegetating in front of the tele!

Quite flexible on rent periods and deposits so feel free to ask, can do weekdays only, long or short term (max 6 months).
