Charming room in large Georgian home

Lovely room with en suite facilities (Shower, sink, loo). painted floorboards, WI FI and strolling distance from shops, post office, coffee shops etc. Easy access to Ripon, Harrogate, York, A1M.

You will be in our friendly family home (so we are looking for a female lodger) but we live in a massive house so you can spend time with us in our large living room and dining room or live completely independently. its hard to describe the layout of the house until you visit, but you will see that you are able to access the house without disturbing us at all/ feeling like you are being watched!

The room can be supplied furnished or unfurnished. There is currently a fitted wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a single bed in the room, but we would be happy for you to bring your own double bed and other furniture. We may also consider providing extra furniture for longer lets. There is no parking provided, but there are options for parking a car within walking distance of the house, and we are close to bus routes.

You may choose to live separately from, or be part of the family. We would be happy to come to an arrangement about food if you would like good home cooked food.

Boroughbridge is a lovely town full of lovely independent shops. It is very close to the A1 so ideal for commuting to Leeds, Middlesbrough, York etc.
