To share an impressive fully furnished, spacious and quiet detached house in the village of Sheriff Hutton (YO60 which is half way between York & Malton, North Yorkshire).
Village shop & post office, deli coffee house, pub and lots of countryside all on our doorstep.
There's a large open kitchen-dining-room. Dedicated lodger fridge & storage space.
Easy 20 minutes commute to York (10 miles). Personal transport needed for commute due to semi-rural location & infrequent bus service.
Off street parking.

We're looking for a regular part-time arrangement for 4 nights per week arranged in advance.
Alternatively, we may consider a full time, short term let for up to 3 months.

Potentially, 2 double bedrooms, both ground floor, available which share an adjacent shower & toilet room.
