The admittance of pets is possible on further conditions from the owner. No smoking inside of the property.

The cottage is in a quiet location and within walking distance of local amenities including Co-op, Pharmacy, takeaways and pubs. The cottage is a 20 minute drive to the Yorkshire Dales, a 30 minute drive to the Yorkshire Moors, 25 minutes from the City of Ripon and 90 minutes from Whitby and Scarborough. Finally, the cottage is a 2 minute drive to junction 52 of the A1. There are good transport links into Catterick Military Garrison if needed.
