Stunning double room (can be furnished or unfurnished) with double bed, bedside table, chest of draws and a wardrobe with a beautiful view overlooking the fields.

This 4 bed house sits within a quiet cul-de-sac with ample room for parking (I've managed to squeeze 4 cars on the driveway before!), a garage (in case you have a motorbike), huge open plan kitchen with island and dining table with french doors on to the back garden. Shared lounge, office, two bathrooms and a further two bedrooms upstairs one of which I occupy.

The house is a 4 minute walk to the train station, with direct links to York (10 mins) and Leeds (20 mins). It's also only a 10 minute drive straight to the A1.

There's a post office just 5 minute walk down the road which has basic amenities should you need milk, bread and vegetables/fruit. There are also two great pubs should you wish to mix with the locals! Nearest supermarket is Aldi which is a 10 minute drive, or you can order your weekly shop with my Tesco delivery.
