I currently have a room available to rent within my new build home in the quaint village of Cliffe, 5 minutes drive from Selby city centre.

The house is fully furnished to a high standard which also includes parking, garage, garden and lovely country views. I am a friendly clean individual who is looking for like minded people to share my home with. I often work away a lot, although I have another tenant who is quiet and well mannered who is renting a room in my house. I am seeking a trust-worthy person/s to fill the vacant room. The room is available from the 7th May and no sooner due to my other tenant moving out.

The property is located close to the A19 and M62 for easy access to York and is close to Drax power station. York city centre is approx 30 minute drive and there is a good bus service that operates from Selby as well as a local bus service in the village. Within walking distance there is a convenience store, local pub, schools as well as the Trans-pennine Trail for keen runners and cyclists.
