Double Room in Spacious House

We are a relaxed young friendly professional couple without kids looking to rent a double room in our 4 bed house. The ideal lodger would be only Monday to Friday but we will consider applicant who require 7 days, although the price will be slightly higher for 7 days rents.

The room is fully furnished as pictured and you will have the sole use of a bathroom with bath and shower.

The house includes a large kitchen and spacious living room with open fire. We also have a well equipped gym space including a rowing machine barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells which you are welcome to use.

The broadband speed is good, A separate room downstairs may be available as a work from home option, this would be at additional cost.

There is ample off-street parking and large garden with raised beds, greenhouse and shed, although we aren't particularly green fingered.

The house is in a quiet village and there are lots of local pubs within a few miles.

We have two dogs (both lurchers) and a few chickens. We are clean and tidy and have a cleaner once a week. We enjoy being outside and love getting up to the coast when we can.
