Great house share available with 3 double bedrooms.

Each bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe -all are optional if you would prefer to bring your own. Blind and blackout curtains in each room. House has been recently refurbished so everything is in really good condition.

Living room has 50" TV with tivo (virgin media) and a large corner sofa perfect for watching movies.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a large American style fridge freezer, Wasing machine and dryer.

Shared bathroom with large bath and shower, additional second loo room.

Small garden to the front and a yard at the back with car access to both sides. There is a shed suitable for bike storage.

Current household is 1 girl, 1 guys. Only 0.5miles to the station which has great links to York and Leeds. Shops and restaurants on King's Road only two mins walk away.

All bills included - gas, electricity, broadband. Cleaner for shared areas fortnightly.

Currently household is quite sporty , but I also love to do a bit of baking so there's usually free cake on offer.
