Great house share available with 3 double bedrooms.

Each bedroom has double bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe -all are optional if you have your own. Blind and blackout curtains in each room. House has been recently refurbished so everything is in really good condition.

Living room has 50" TV with tivo (virgin media) and a large corner sofa perfect for watching movies.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, a large American style fridge freezer, Washing machine and dryer.

Shared bathroom with large bath and shower, vanity and loo, additionally seperate second loo.

Small garden to the front and a yard at the back with car access to both sides. There is a shed suitable for bike storage.

Current household is 2 girls currently working in Harrogate, and 1 guy who lives away during the week. Only 0.5miles to the train station which has great links to York and Leeds. Shops and restaurants on King's Road only two mins walk away.

All bills included - gas, electricity, broadband. Cleaner for shared areas fortnightly.

Currently household is quite active, but we also love to do a bit of baking so there's usually free cake on offer.
