Nicely decorated furnished double bedroom in fully furnished, tastefully decorated home, with new kitchen and bathroom, which includes bath and large walk-in shower, carpets c. h., washer etc.

On street parking available and bus route into town is a two mins approx. walk away.

To share with current tenant, a 27 year old male.

About you.....We are looking for an employed professional person, who is respectful of others and others property, who is tidy and clean, honest, truthful and a nice person to be around. Ideally you have had previous experience of shared living and associated responsibilities.

The other tenant enjoys sports, health and fitness and can often be seen in the kitchen preparing meals or studying

Rent £470 per calendar month, payable on the first of each month. (in advance)
The rent includes gas, electric, TV licence etc.
(payment to existing tenant for share of internet cost)

* the previous sharer will be moving out to work abroad so available August onwards
