I am currently looking for a flatshare for my penthouse with roof terrace and private parking space. This is a double room with good lighting but it's a shared bathroom with separate shower.
The kitchen/lounge is very spacious with great views of the Valley Gardens. It's a communal entrance but a key secured lift to the penthouse.
There is a separate office which could be ideal for someone working from home.
Would ideally suit a young professional and has fantastic local amenities including a great pub and a small supermarket.
I am easy going, very tidy and often work nights so I wont be around 24/7.
I also have a miniature dachshund but she is harmless and very friendly.
