Available bedroom has double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair, mirror and wardrobe -all are optional if you would prefer to bring your own. Blind and blackout curtains on window.

Shared living room has 50" TV with tivo (virgin media) and a large corner sofa perfect for watching movies.

Shared kitchen has dishwasher, American style fridge freezer, Wasing machine and dryer.

Shared bathroom with large bath and shower, vanity unit and loo, additional second loo room.

Small garden to the front and a yard at the back with car access to both sides. There is a shed suitable for bike storage.

All bills included - gas, electricity, broadband. Washing machine and dryer for shared use. Cleaner for shared areas fortnightly.

Current household is 2 women, all working in Harrogate. Only 0.5miles to the station which has great links to York and Leeds. Shops on King's Road only two mins walk away, and central Harrogate only 10mins away.
