In a friendly household with a French family 1 big double room is available with plenty of storage and plenty of shared accommodation (shared kitchen, bathrooms and large living room).

You will be sharing with myself and others (most of the time sharing with 2 people and sharing with 4 very occasionally).

Coronavirus: At the time of writing this add, all the occupants of this house are healthy and we request you confirm that you are healthy at the time of contacting me. Someone able to show good reference preferred.

Viewing via Video WhatsApp only during Lockdown but move-in possible anytime. (The room is very big and so is the living room 4,9x3,80m at it's longest points).

No Credit check requested and DSS welcome but must have very good reference and be willing to undergo police check.
Rent is payable in advance.

The price advertised is for a 6 months rent contract but Short Term Lets Considered with a fee taking into consideration the date of the request, the start date and the end date and various other agreements between you and me is possible. For exemple for one month only the fee is £856.
