A large double room is soon to become available to rent in our spacious duplex apartment. (1st and 2nd floor). The room is on the first floor of the flat, benefiting from good light that enters the room via French doors which lead onto our outside balcony space.

The rest of the living area is spacious with it's own private entrance onto Kings Road, Harrogate

Shared areas include;

Fully furnished kitchen/living room complete with large fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob with electric oven and ample storage.

Large bathroom comprising of corner bath/shower, full length mirror, sink and plenty of storage.

Separate toilet.

Rent is all inclusive: includes electric, water, gas, fibre optic wifi internet, council tax.

Situated on the edge of the town centre, the property is just 10 minutes walk from the Train and Bus stations.

The flat is conveniently placed within easy reach of Harrogate’s main social scene; there is also a Sainsbury’s Local directly opposite the flat. Good links to Skipton/Wetherby road and free on street parking available.

The other two housemates are both girls who each have a friendly dog who get on wonderfully well. Both housemates work full time but enjoy going to the gym, taking the dogs for walks and a glass of wine every now and then.

We are looking to find a professional third person to share this home who is easy going, respectful, clean and loves dogs.
