Double room to rent

Got a double room to rent in Jennyfields.

I'm after a female lodger. I am looking for someone for a 3-6 month let to start with and if all goes well I would love them to stay longer. (24-37yrs) may consider younger if you can prove your clean and tidy.
Available from 10th May 2025 After single professional only. (No guest overnight stays).

The house has modern decor, a large living room and reasonable sized kitchen. There is a large tv in the lounge with access to netflix, Disney.

The rent includes gas, electric, council tax, water, and broadband. The rent will be evaluated due to rise of the cost of living. There is free parking outside the house. The coop, some takeaways and pub are a five min walk just up the road. Its also on a main bus route or you can walk in to the town approx 20-30min walk.

I am looking for tidy, sociable professional to join my home, I like a clean home and take pride in it. I would like someone who is wanting to make friends and enjoy hanging out. I would like someone who will pay their rent on time, willing to help with chores and someone who will treat the house like their home :) This is a friendly home. You MUST like animals as I have 2 cats, a small puppy.
