In return for this affordable living opportunity with the Homeowner you are asked to do helpful and sociable tasks around the home including light housework, and occasional food shopping and company. The ideal Sharer is a friendly and helpful person (the householder would prefer a female sharer).

The home is close to local countryside and Harlow Carr Horticultural gardens. It is a 15 minute walk from the local bus stop and a ten minute drive to local shopping facilities, so may suit a car driver or a keen walker. There is a small café nearby also.
