Lovely double bedroom to let in a beautiful ground floor apartment in Harrogate. Located just off the Leeds Road, close to the picturesque Stray, with a beautiful outlook and perfectly situated for town. It's about a 10 minute walk into the centre of Harrogate & mid way between Harrogate & Hornbeam train stations. Also local shops on Leeds Road have a selection of small supermarkets & takeaways etc.

The room has a double bed with a new memory foam mattress, decent carpet & double wardrobe & bedside cabinet. Also space for a couple of small pieces of furniture of your own if you wish. There is a tv aerial point & fast Internet access. It is very comfortable & decorated to a high standard plus the rest of the property is very spacious. There are three bedrooms in the property in total, one of which is mine, the one to let plus a spare room. I am happy for the spare room to be used for your friends or family to stay on occasion.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen containing all the usual amenities including washing machine, dishwasher & large fridge freezer.

The bathroom is newly renovated with a large wet room style shower and freestanding bath. It will be shared with myself & there is a combi boiler providing constant hot water. There is also central heating throughout.

There is a large lounge with free view tv, which you are welcome to use, although it will also be shared with myself.

The best way to describe this apartment is that its just like a house but without stairs! It has a totally private entrance, front garden, back garden, drive, garage & shed. You are very welcome to use the garage & shed for storage.

There are no restrictions at all with parking, no discs or permits needed & always easy to get a space virtually outside the front door.

Basic water, gas & electric are included in the monthly rent.

Finally, a little bit about me. I’m a very young at heart 53 year old and get on with people of all ages. I enjoy socialising, nights out and nights in. I also enjoy quiet time, pottering round the house, always seem to find a job to do! I'm very easygoing and relaxed about things. The perfect housemate is someone who is respectful of their surroundings and clean & tidy, and also likes a glass of wine! My house is perfectly situated for either town with plenty of fantastic restaurants and wine bars, or beautiful countryside if you enjoy walks. Both are a ten minute walk away or about £5 in a taxi. I really do think Harrogate is the perfect place to live, and I'm a southerner, but please don't let that put you off!
