The house is really near the town centre shops and has a shared lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and lovely back yard.

The house has leather sofas, a 50" TV with a Virgin package, a modern kitchen with a cooker, microwave, American style fridge freezers and new shower rooms. There's a private back yard which is a real sun trap and big enough to sit out and barbecue.

We currently have 1 room available. This is available as of feb 14th and is £480 pcm.

We have a cleaner every two weeks to keep the home really clean and tidy, and everyone in the house is like-minded, friendly, tidy, and a full time working professional. Also, all Council Tax, Bills, TV Licence, TV package, Broadband, Cleaner etc are included within the monthly rent.

The rooms are for Working Professionals, not students, DSS, couples, unemployed, LHA or anyone who loves a frequent house party.

We like to provide a relaxed, tidy & comfortable living environment, where housemates can rest at the end of a hard days work, along with other great housemates 😄


There is plenty of parking at the front and rear of the house with no discs or permits required.

We are a small family run business so no agency or management fees to pay 😊
