The large modern kitchen and lounge/diner would be shared. Use of the washing machine is included. The room has ample storage for clothes and personal items, with privacy assured. There is use of the garden and there is safe parking available next to the house. Use of the garage for bike storage is available also. (Not a car)
Located 1 mile from Knaresborough town centre, there is excellent public transport links to Harrogate, York, and Leeds etc. via Bus or Train. Also close to A1M, with York/Leeds 20-30mins drive away. Great location for easy drives to the Yorkshire Dales or the North Yorkshire Moors. Locally, there are lovely walks or great roads for cycling.

We are a quiet couple who are clean and tidy, so a guest of a similar nature would be very welcome.

WiFi and all bills are included in the rent.

Sunday to Thursday nights could be considered, but would need to be discussed and agreed in advance of any commitment.
